The focus of your individual coaching session(s) will be on exploring how to invest in your talents for those to become strengths. You will gain insights on how you can apply your strengths to various situations and reach desirable outcomes. This means that we will not fix something that is broken, but instead we will build on your wonderful qualities so you can thrive.

In only 1 coaching session you can already gain valuable insights in your unique way of working. If you want more and decide to sign up for a personalized 6-sessions trajectory, we will dive deeper into your core values and beliefs, and work towards desired goals using your strengths.

1 | Discover your strengths
the CliftonStrengths Assessment
In preparation of your coaching session, you are asked to complete the online CliftonStrengths Assessment (30-45 minutes). Time and space are up to you, as long as there are no distractions while taking the test. After completion, you will immediately receive your personalized CliftonStrengths 34 Report, which will give you insights in your unique strengths set.

2 | Understand the Strengths-based approach

Either in your free intro call or during the first part of your coaching session, we will spend a couple of minutes on what the strengths-based approach means and how the 34 strengths framework should be interpreted. This will help you to better understand the goal of strength-based working and makes it easier to comprehend and use your unique strengths.

3 | Enrich your perspective

During your 2-hours online personal coaching session, we will focus on the interplay between your unique top 10 strengths. How do you recognize them? How do they work for you? And most importantly, how can you use more of your strengths to reach your goals and feel more energized?
My questions and insights will guide you on a path to fully grasp what is important to you, what makes you unique and valuable, and how you can communicate this to others and apply your strengths to your every day actions.
